Who we are
The people behind Kidreel are mountainbike riders and we wanted to bring out kids on rides with us.
We saw the existing towing solutions to bring our kids, but we wanted something that let us grab and let go without stopping and mounting devices on and off.
We found that the best solution is the simple reel that is mounted on the kids bike so that he parent easily can grab and let go whenever we want.
Shortly after making this device for ourselves we realized that in addition to making MTB rides much easier, more importantly, it made everyday familyrides with bikes way easier. So we decided to make this product available for everyone.
Kidreel is distributed under the company Unreel AS, and the founding partners are Trond G. Hansen, Andreas Braaten, Henrik Haldorsen, Magnus Furset and Alexander Grimstad.
